About this course

Explore your own talents and learn to understand yourself and others better with your personal Insights Discovery profile. Participants learn about their strengths and areas for development. This training will help you to use your strengths and weaknesses to become more effective in daily life.

An introduction of Insights Discovery is given in this course. It enables participants to identify other types of personalities and how to adapt to the different communication styles. The Insights Discovery model includes four different colours, namely: Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue. The things you learn during this course can be put into practice immediately.
